Domaine Weinbach, a historic Alsatian winery founded by Capuchin monks in 1612, lies at the foot of the Schlossberg Grand Cru. After Théo Faller, the helm passed to his wife Colette and their daughters, and finally to Catherine and her son Théo Leiber-Faller. Since 1998, it has practiced certified biodynamic viticulture, with spontaneous fermentations in oak barrels and minimal intervention since 2010. Its wines, concentrated and fruity with hints of sweetness, are among the most renowned in Alsace.

Gewürztraminer, an aromatic grape native to Termeno (Tramin), is renowned for its intense, spicy aromas. In Italy, it produces its best wines in Alto Adige, with golden, smooth, and aromatic wines featuring notes of lychee, exotic fruit, flowers, and herbs. Even without oak, it displays structure and mineral freshness. In its late-harvest versions with noble rot, it reaches heights of complexity, sweetness, and finesse among the highest in Europe.
