Hidden within the former monastery used as a commissary is a small architectural gem, in which an excellent and atmospheric location has been set up for your corporate events.
A few years ago, before the construction of the new dairy, the salting room for Parmigiano Reggiano stood next to the shop.
Having abandoned its original function of use, it was decided to give it a new life and to create a large and airy room capable of offering our guests a unique welcome.
The hall is a multifunctional space that can be used to meet business needs such as conferences, meetings, trainings and small events or simply as a tasting area.
