Only the best cheeses selected from the Montecoppe Reserve are used to make Montecoppe Parmigiano Reggiano aged over 54 months, a unique product of excellence.
The cheese has a compact, crumbly texture, a very intense straw yellow colour and a lingering flavour.
Perfect with barrique-aged wines and spirits, dried fruit and mustard sauces such as Montecoppe Pear Mostarda.
Whole wheel weighing 38 kg.
