Gaja’s Rossj Bass comes from several vineyards, including the Rossj vineyard, located in Barbaresco and Serralunga d’Alba.

It is made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes from Piedmont with an intense, smooth and full-bodied style. The must ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16-18°C for about 4 weeks. Malolactic fermentation takes place in barriques and then the wine matures in the same vessels for about 7 months.

It has a charged and deep personality, with aromas of honey, fruit and citrus. It seduces on the palate with velvety, warm and enveloping tones of balanced freshness and long persistence.
