The long tradition of the Bisol wineries, which began making wine as far back as 1542, is found fully expressed in the quality of Spumante Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Brut Jeio Bisol.

It is produced almost exclusively from Glera grapes. Vinification, which is done traditionally in white, is followed by sparkling in steel autoclaves according to the Charmat Method.

It is a straw-yellow wine with a fine, persistent perlage and soft mousse. The nose expresses floral notes of wisteria, acacia, rose and fruity hints of apple and white peach.

The palate is soft, delicate but full, round and fine.

Perfect as an aperitif, it is enjoyable in the company of light vegetable or fish dishes.
