Majolini Brut Franciacorta is an enveloping, dry and assertive wine.

VINIFICATION: The grapes, at perfect ripeness, are crushed shortly after harvest and fermented in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of about 18°C (64°F).

BOTTLING: In spring the cuvée is made and bottling is carried out for frothing.

AGING: The wine is matured with its own yeasts for several years.
