Spaghettoro Verrigni is a high-quality artisanal pasta from Abruzzo, made from a selection of fine durum wheats, kneaded with Gran Sasso spring water, drawn to gold and dried at low temperature.

Gold drawing makes Verrigni’s Spaghettoro unique.

Unlike the traditional one, this type of processing gives the dough a different, new and more refined texture. By stressing the dough less than Spaghettoro, the noble metal gives Verrigni pasta a new roughness, a subtle sweetness and a distinctive note that cannot go unnoticed by the palate.

The drying of Spaghettoro Verrigni also follows an age-old process: slow and low-temperature drying in mobile chambers.
