After taking shape through gold dies, Fusilloro Verrigni pasta is dried inside mobile chambers, lasting up to three days according to the ancient technique of “pre-carving” so as not to alter the characteristics of the raw material, to respect the natural fermentation processes and to give Fusilloro Verrigni its unmistakable flavor.

Gold drawing gives these formats a unique porosity and a refined crispness that enhance the aromas and taste of Italian wheat processed by Verrigni.
