Montecoppe’s 10-Year Reserve Condiment (balsamic type) is made from must of Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes, naturally concentrated with passage in oak, cherry and chestnut barrel batteries, according to the ancient Emilian tradition.
Perfect paired with Parmigiano Reggiano Montecoppe, salads, strawberries and ice cream.
Montecoppe 10-Year Reserve Condiment is packaged in 100 ml bottles and presented in an elegant wooden box marked Montecoppe and with a wax seal. Ingredients: grape must cooked over direct heat and acetified.
Aged in oak, chestnut, cherry, mulberry and juniper bottles.
It naturally contains SULPHITES.
Store in a cool, dry place.
