Parmigiano Reggiano made from Red Cow’s milk ensures a better predisposition of the cheese to long aging whose minimum time is 24 months, resulting in better digestibility. The result is a cheese that, despite its long aging, retains a sweet, delicate and persistent flavor.

Perfect paired with a glass of Malvasia IGT and a Mostarda di Pere or Mele Campanine.
