Rossi Pesto is prepared with the best traditional ingredients. Only Basil Genovese dop, Extra Virgin Olive Oil of Italian origin, Parmigiano Reggiano dop, Pecorino Fiore Sardo dop, Pine nuts, Garlic from Vessalico(Liguria), Trapani Sea Salt (Sicily) are used.

Only a small amount of ascorbic acid is added to ensure its safe durability, and most importantly, no preservatives or heat treatment.

Only pine nuts (no walnuts or cashews), only Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil, only Genovese dop basil, and then Parmigiano Reggiano, Fiore Sardo, Trapani Salt, Vessalico Garlic.
