Fiocchetto in casing is one of the most typical sausages in the local tradition, for the production of which the front part of the pork leg, the leaner part, is used.
Fiocchetto is then salted and stuffed into natural pork gut and tied by hand. Maturation is short and is carried out in ventilated and humid cellars typical of the Lower Parma area.
Average weight: 2.05 kg.
Storage method: between 4° C and 10° C.
Once opened store in the refrigerator wrapped in a damp cloth.
Expiration: 6 months from the packaging date on the label.
