Culatello di Zibello DOP is produced in a very restricted territory, bounded by the border of a few municipalities in the Bassa Parmense. Characteristic in that area is the presence of fog, a valuable ingredient that allows perfect seasoning of the product.

The “King of Cured Meats” is made from the anatomical part of the bundle of posterior and internal crural muscles of the pig’s thigh, appropriately hulled on the surface and trimmed to the typical “pear” shape.

Average weight: 2.10 kg.

Vacuum-packed.

Store in a cool, moist place.

Once opened store in the refrigerator wrapped in clear food wrap.

Expiration: 6 months from the packaging date on the label.
