1.2 The Data Controller may carry out informational and promotional activities by sending newsletters, regarding the products and services offered subject to your consent.

The provision of data is mandatory for the purposes expressed in point 1, in order to enable the delivery of the services requested. Without your consent, it will not be possible to release the services you have requested.

Personal data related to this processing will not be disclosed in any way to third parties.

Personal data processed, in no way, will be brought to the attention of unspecified parties.

6) TRANSFER ABROAD
Personal data processed will not be found to be transferred abroad.
