From the land to the table
Montecoppe follows the entire Parmigiano Reggiano DOP supply chain within the Boschi di Carrega Natural Park, a natural oasis just a few kilometers from the city of Parma. The farm is a perfect example of a short and sustainable supply chain, meaning that fodder, milk and cheese are produced and processed within the same farm, ensuring maximum control of quality standards and traceability.
